Cleaning Fairies Rules

• The Cleaning Fairies will try to arrive at your house at the scheduled time.
   
• Please allow a 30 minute window on either side of your scheduled time.
   
• The Cleaning Fairies require a 24 hour notice for cancellations or 50% of your bill will be charged to your account, we prefer 48 hours notice.
   
• You may pay upon service or be billed monthly.
   
• Please contact us well in advance to add extra time to your visit.
   
• The Cleaning Fairies will be happy to make the beds as long as the bed is already stripped and clean sheets are made available.
   
• The Cleaning Fairies will not clean animal waste or human excrement of any sort, including diapers.
   
• The Cleaning Fairies liability insurance prevents us from standing on any ladder over 3 feet tall.
   
• Fairies love good or bad feedback, notes and punch lists.
   
• All Cleaning Fairies will be positive and respectful attitude towards their services!
